Commercial Shoot
The girls finished off the Elmslie house extension photos this week. Our two "Actors" were Betty and Lesley. They had a great time showing off the units. They are really well built, very quiet and extremely comfortable. Once finished these units will be another great asset to our town.

Christchurch Wedding
A while ago we took the photos for Debbie and Callums wedding. This week we got this email
Thanks for the photos. They are awesome!! everyone really impressed with Photo Book. Mum has finally stopped crying after watching the motion picture show DVD half a dozen times.
Makes all the work worthwhile. Thanks Debbie. It was great Wedding.

Two Wanaka Weddings
The digital age is great but after each wedding the girls spend days processing the images from the day. On average we spend a week per wedding getting images finished . We finished off two weddings from last week, one we have already posted a couple of images the second one was a very small and private wedding held on the shores of Lake Wanaka. Caitlin Harvey was our celebrant. Jan and I were the witnesses. It was a beautiful and very romantic wedding. We loved it. Heres a couple of shots from the day

Wanaka Winter Wedding
Another wonderful day and a gorgeous couple. Kathryn and Martin had their ceremony at Far Pavillion in Wanaka. Jools Macknight was the celebrant. After the weather of the past few days, the wedding gods smiled on our couple and it was a great day weather wise. The light later in the afternoon was perfect for beautiful photos. Kathryn and Martin are from Brisbane and are staying in Wanaka until the end of the week. Congratulations to you both. It was a great day.

Dunedin Wedding Photography
We have another Dunedin wedding coming up in the next couple of weeks. Always nice for all of us to get away to work. We are now doing a lot of out of town weddings. If you are from outside the Wanaka area and you like the look of our packages and our work, remember we dont charge any extra for travel to any area in Otago, Southland or Canterbury. Any excuse to get away out of town to work.

Wanaka Weddings
This coming week is a big one for us. First we have two weddings. We have a couple that are eloping from Ausy and on Tuesday they are having their ceremony by the Lake. Next Saturday we have another Wedding. This is another small Wedding, in fact Jan and I are photographers and the witnesses for their big day. We love small weddings. Their is always plenty of time and the couples are always so keen to get great photos. If you are reading this from overseas and are thinking of coming over to our slice of paradise to get married, look at our elopment package and also our Winter special 20%off and off our packages. We also have the deal with the Edgewater and the Celebrant. Check or blogs for the details.
Commercial Work
We finished off a lot of processing and framing from recent commercial assignments that we have done over the past couple of weeks. We have finally finished the Elmslie house extension job (after waiting for the fog to clear for a week). Our "actors Betty and Lesley" did a great job and I think they even enjoyed it. The results look great.
We have upgraded some Camera and lenses and we getting used to all the new advances. Lisa's new Nikon camera is also here and she is enjoying getting to grips with that. As our accoutant has seen it is really easy to spend a lot of money on new technology, but of you want great results you have to invest the money.
